All correspondence to the Planning Board must be made during a Public Hearing or sent through the Planning Department, as follows:
All letters and emails that are received by the Planning Department by 4pm the Thursday prior to the meeting at which an application will be reviewed by the Board will be included with the Planning Board meeting materials. Comments that are received after the deadline will be included in the public record.
Please note that direct contact with a Planning Board member by an applicant or member of the public in relation to an application under review by the Board is not permitted. These discussions are considered ex-parte communication, which would result in legal ramifications on an application or appeal.
